International Shipping Costs
Our
online prices already include the cost of shipping from
Indonesia to the port of Felixstowe or Southampton, UK we include the cost of importing
and customs clearance and handling of your furniture shipment into the UK.
General notes about the packaging
Special attention is taken when packaging our products.
Certain larger items such as
dining
and console tables, wardrobes, beds, daybeds and some coffee
tables do come with the legs separately to minimize damage
in transit, and for ease of handling, all items which are
shipped in this method are indicated as knock down for easy
home assembly. All our furniture is supplied in
custom made robust
wooden crates, these are fully lined with 3cm thick
polystyrene foam sheets on all the internal sides, we
further pad the furniture with single face corrugated
cardboard and shredded grass paper where necessary.

about the delivery service
All deliveries are outsourced, our furniture prices are
not loaded to cover the costs of paying a delivery team,
therefore we make it fair to everyone by offering the best
prices in the market place if you are able to come and pick
up your furniture from Southampton or Felixstowe or make your own delivery
arrangements. If you prefer us to make delivery arrangements
we will at cost offer you a delivery quotation. Please call
or e-mail us for a quotation. We are currently able to offer
deliveries to all mainland UK. |
